Return & Refund Policy
At Lagom Home Boutique, we believe that comfort and togetherness begin with a home filled with quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to investigating your concerns and providing a suitable solution.
My order arrived damaged. I want a refund, return, or exchange
Our return and exchange policy is valid within 7 days of receiving your order. Please inform our team via email at customercare@lagomhomeboutique.my. We will guide you through the return or exchange process.
To be eligible for a return or refund for damaged items:
- You must provide a full unboxing video (from start to finish).
- Include the receipt, proof of purchase, and photos showing the damage from multiple angles.
- Custom-made items, chairs or sofas with customer-selected fabric, or pieces with non-natural finishes are not eligible for refund or return.
- Items not in their original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error, may only be partially refunded.
- Used items, or items with stains, scratches, or visible signs of misuse, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns and refunds will only be processed for items that arrive heavily damaged or broken. In certain cases, we may offer repair options instead of a full refund, depending on the type and extent of damage.
- If repair is necessary, Lagom Home Boutique will arrange pickup of the damaged item and handle all necessary workshop repairs.
- Refunds/returns are not accepted if the product has:
- Been used or handled by another person (or third party).
- Been repaired (partially or fully) by another person (or third party).
- Been gifted or transferred to another person (or third party).
My product is not damaged, but I want to return or request a refund
Our return policy for non-damaged items is valid within 7 days of delivery or 7 days from payment, whichever comes first.
To be eligible:
- The product must be returned to our workshop within 7 days.
- It must be returned in its original packaging (foam, carton box, and wooden pallet).
- The item must not be custom-made, not involve customer-selected upholstery, and not have any non-natural finish.
- You are fully responsible for the return shipping costs. If a refund is approved, the original and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging.
- For credit card payments or those processed via payment gateway (e.g. Stripe or Midtrans), a 2.9% + RM2 processing fee will be deducted from the refund total.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
You may request a return/refund by emailing customercare@lagomhomeboutique.my. Our team will provide return instructions.
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email. After inspection, we will inform you whether the refund is approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer.
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
